Michael Adzema is an author, activist, and prenatal and perinatal psychologist. He was one of a small group of people whose actions led to the lawsuit that ended nuclear plant construction in the United States, in 1983 up till 2012. In the Nineties, he was the first person in the U.S. to teach pre- and perinatal psychology at the university level and was editor of the journal of primal psychology, Primal Renaissance. This year alone he released the books, Wounded Deer and Centaurs: The Necessary Hero and the Prenatal Matrix of Human Events, which deals with the psychology of our current apocalyptic crisis, activism, the heroes we need, and the hope we have in these times; The Secret Life of Stones, which presents a pantheistic-like new-paradigm of metaphysics with humans reunited with not superior to Nature; and in December, Prodigal Human: The Descents of Man, which provides a new paradigm on evolution, as devolution, in light of our imminent extinction. In addition, he has authored eight other books, including Apocalypse Emergency, Apocalypse NO, Funny God, and Planetmates: The Great Reveal, all of which deal with our current crisis and the psychology of it and the activism it demands.
